HBO wanted to create a series of emails and posters to arm their call center agents with the important selling points and communicate information on the latest incentive program. The emails would contain links so the agent could watch video clips and become more familiar with the movies and shows they’re selling. They could also go to a landing page containing all the video clips as well as information on the incentive program, a leaderboard, and a place where they can create their own profile.
