Amex was about to relaunch their Platinum brand with a new metal card and new benefits. They invited KERN to pitch our launch ideas. We presented three concepts around a communication package that would be sent to existing card members, educating them on the new benefits. The package included direct mail pieces and emails that would drive card members to a landing page.
