American Express Refer a Friend Emails

In 2019, my team pitched and won the Refer a Friend business at American Express. Since then, we’ve created two major campaigns that included emails, banners, and social ads. The challenge with both campaigns was communicating a complicated, two-part offer quickly and effectively in a limited space.
