KERN and DIRECTV have had a long standing relationship so it was only natural that they would come to us to help launch their new streaming app DIRECTV NOW. On the print side, we pitched several intricate and memorable direct mail pieces. On the digital side, we used customer data to create a curated series of emails that spoke to specific interests and deployed at key moments during their trial period.
